Tim Kastelle graduated from Princeton University with a degree in economics. He has worked in marketing and management posi­tions in a variety of industries including radio, office equipment, in­dustrial chemicals, higher education and software. After completing his MBA (Advanced) at the UQ Business School, Tim began his PhD research on applying evolutionary economics to the management of firms. His research program is primarily con­cerned with investigating the implications of viewing the economy and firms as complex evolving systems. Mr Kastelle currently works as a complex network systems consultant for AMI.
