University of Queensland officially the first university in the Southern Hemisphere to join the global Age Friendly University Network

I am very pleased to announce that the University of Queensland is officially the first university in the Southern Hemisphere to join the global Age Friendly University Network, recognised by the WHO as part of its "Age Friendly World" initiative.
