Nancy Pachana speaks on Today Tonight about finding emplyment in later years

Prof Pachana invited to speak on Today Tonight about "Jobless Jim" - Ageing discrimination against older adults trying to find work. Jim has six uni degrees, but he says no one wants to hire an older worker.
